OBI4wan keeps growing! We proudly present our expansion with the opening of an office in Berlin, to support our European growth. Recently, we also joined forces with the Amsterdam based reputation analysis agency Buzzcapture. Our combined international offer of SaaS-solutions for media monitoring and webcare helps organisations to create value from social media and reputation management.

All-in-one solution for webcare and monitoring

The efficient solution of OBI4wan and Buzzcapture for media monitoring and online customer service is succesfully being used in the DACH region by organisations such as Arvato Bertelsmann, Geberit, Yellowbrick and the Bundeskanzleramt Österreich.

“Organisations more and more see the added value of integrated tooling and advice for data driven service, marketing and sales”, explains Alexander de Ruiter, CEO of OBI4wan. “The entire DACH region is an important area for us and we are delighted to strengthen our dedication there and the rest of Europe with our Berlin office.”

The regional office is the second office worldwide for OBI4wan, in addition to the head office in Zaandam. Country Manager Thomas Stuckert oversees the growth of the office with additional business functions and he will invest in a growing relationship with local customers and partners.

Unique data insights from online and offline sources

The combination of Buzzcapture, OBI4wan and the in 2015 founded OBILytics offers the market a strong proposition. This not only generates a complete all-in-1 solution for webcare and (social) media monitoring. The combination of the research & insights department of Buzzcapture and data analysis of OBILytics offers much more than that. Clients of both organisations gain combined and unique data insights from over 20 million online and social data sources, as well as several offline sources, like radio, tv and print media (newspapers and magazines).
